During the month of November, a few ASEO team members had the privilege of attending Dreamforce, a four-day conference gathering the entire Salesforce community. This amazing event opened our eyes to the many improvements and breakthroughs in the industry and cloud ecosystem. Here’s an overview of the Dreamforce 2019 experience.
What is Dreamforce?
Dreamforce is a gathering of the Salesforce community, from customers and partners to employees and stakeholders. During this four day conference, attendees are provided with education, inspiration, and entertainment as well as solutions and content tailored to every industry, role, and company. This year, there were many visionary speakers we had the honor of hearing including President Barack Obama, Tim Cook, David Beckham, and Yo-Yo Ma.
What Dreamforce Meant to us
Dreamforce is all about the community coming together to share new ideas, success stories, and knowledge. Whether you attended official sessions, product demos, or workshops, you met passionate people along the way who were excited to share their knowledge, tools, perspective, and insight with others. The “Ohana” culture that Salesforce exudes is so much more than just a saying; it’s their life force that is lived and breathed into the entire ecosystem.
What we Took Away from it
During this incredible conference, we learned some new, exciting ways to collaborate with both our internal and external teams as well as learned about new automation tools that will assist with customer engagement and increased efficiency. We also had the opportunity to grow and foster relationships with partners and new connections. Furthermore, we developed a newfound love for Fleetwood Mac after their amazing performance at Oracle Park.
We are so grateful to have been a part of this momentous event and we are looking forward to implementing the new techniques and technology into our day-to-day procedures. See you next year Dreamforce!
